SEX in Young Adult
Nereyda from Mostly YA Book Obsessed did a fantastic post about sex in young adult novels. She brought up a great point:
“Now, I don’t think all characters in YA should be having sex all the damn time, but the topic shouldn’t be shied away from readers either. This doesn’t paint a realistic picture because, have you seen the statistics? The reality is that most teens in high school do have sex.”

Here’s what Autumn had to say about Brody (swoon) the hero from the book, “Brody is not a typically guy. He’s a famous hockey player, but he isn’t the typical player kind of athlete. Not that he doesn’t have flings, but he’s better suited to having a relationship. He understands the value of family, but until Kacie, isn’t wasn’t on his radar anytime soon.” MEGA-SWOON!!
